Official Visa Application Centers in Turkey

Which official center to go to for which country, their addresses and phone numbers, how appointments work, how fees are structured, and practical tips to avoid a bad experience.

What Is an Official Application Center?

Most consulates in Turkey no longer accept visa applications at the embassy building itself. Instead, they outsource the logistics — document collection, biometric data (fingerprint + photo), and fee collection — to a private company appointed for that purpose. The companies below are exactly that: official, embassy-appointed outsourcing partners, not travel agencies or consultancies.

The consulate always makes the actual visa decision — the center's job ends once your file is submitted. This page only lists companies genuinely appointed for this role; general travel agencies that also "help with visas" are a different thing and aren't included here.

Centers and Which Countries They Cover

Which center handles which country can change over time — always confirm the current one on the destination consulate's own website before relying on this list.

How Do Appointments Work?

1. Official site, not a search ad

Go directly to the center's own domain (listed above). Sponsored search results sometimes lead to lookalike sites.

2. Create an account & pick a slot

Select your visa category correctly (tourist/business/family etc.) — the wrong category can mean the wrong document list.

3. Bring a complete file

Centers usually check completeness on the spot and can turn away an incomplete file — build your list first.

How Do Fees Work?

Official visa fee

Set by the destination country, the same everywhere, goes to the consulate. Not negotiable, not discountable.

Center service fee

The application center's own charge for handling your file locally — separate from the visa fee, published on its official site.

We don't list exact amounts here because both fees change over time and by visa category — check the current figure on the relevant center's own site before you pay.

Avoiding a Bad Experience

None of this is about any center doing something wrong — these are high-traffic, high-season operations, and most friction comes down to preparation.

Can't find an appointment

Peak season (summer, before religious holidays) slots fill up weeks ahead — start looking as soon as your travel dates are fixed, and check daily since cancellations reopen slots.

Incomplete documents

The single most common reason for a wasted trip to the center. Build your list before you go.

Non-compliant biometric photo

Each country has its own size/background rules — a wrong photo means retaking it on the spot or a second visit.

Fake / middleman sites

Some sites mimic an official center and charge extra for a "guaranteed" slot. Only ever use the domain listed on this page.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do these centers decide whether I get a visa?

No. Application centers only collect your documents, biometric data (fingerprints/photo) and fees, then forward your file to the consulate. The consulate — not the center — makes the visa decision. A center cannot speed up, guarantee, or reject your visa.

Can I walk in without an appointment?

Almost never. Every center listed here works strictly by online appointment made through its own official website — showing up without one usually means you won't be seen.

Why did I pay more than the visa fee shown on the embassy's website?

Two separate charges are normal: the official visa fee (set by the destination country, non-negotiable everywhere) and the center's own service fee for handling your application locally. Reputable centers always publish both on their official site — if a price feels unclear, check it there before paying anyone.

How do I know a visa center website is real?

Only ever book through the exact official domain listed on this page (or linked from the destination country's consulate website). Third-party sites that promise a "faster" or "guaranteed" appointment slot for a fee are not official application centers.

Addresses, phone numbers, fees, and which center handles which country can change; always confirm current details on the relevant official site. Last checked: August 2026.
