Is There a Visa on Arrival in Kuwait?

• A scanned or photographed copy of your passport with all information readable and valid for at least 6 months is sufficient for your Kuwait visa application.

Important Warnings Regarding Kuwait Visa Application

• When applying for a Kuwait e-visa, the passport's validity must exceed six months.
• Holders of any Temporary Travel Document are not allowed to use this system.
• There must be no security restrictions that would prevent the applicant from entering or exiting the country.
• If there is any discrepancy between the information provided in the application form and the original documents, the issued e-visa will be considered invalid, and entry into the country will not be permitted. Therefore, to avoid any issues at passport control when entering Kuwait, the information provided during the application phase should be double-checked, and haste should be avoided before approval.
• There is an important point to consider before making your visa application. With your single-entry Kuwait tourist e-visa, you can enter Kuwait within one month from the date it was issued.
• After entering the country, you can stay in Kuwait for a maximum of 3 months with your e-visa. You must return to Turkey before this period expires. Otherwise, you may face a fine and may not be able to re-enter Kuwait.
• With the Kuwait Tourist visa you will receive, you cannot work in Kuwait, engage in commercial activities, and legal proceedings may begin against you if caught.
• Your Kuwait visa application will not be processed on Fridays and Saturdays, which coincide with the weekend holidays in Kuwait, and on public holidays; it will be processed on the first business day in order. You must take this condition into account when planning your trip.
• Kuwait emphasizes that it makes great efforts to respond to your visa application within 2 business days on its own website.
• When your Kuwait visa application result is either positive or negative, it will be sent to the email address provided in the application form. During this process, the visa application result email may occasionally be flagged as spam, and you may not see it. You should carefully check your email inbox. We recommend using a commonly used personal email address like Gmail or Hotmail in the form instead of your corporate email address, which may have strict security measures.
