We accept credit cards, bank transfers and cash payments at our office. Instalment options are available with credit cards.

The service fee is not refundable, but we offer a 30 percent discount on consultancy for a reapplication. Consular fees are non-refundable by nature.

If you cancel before the service starts, 80 percent is refunded. Once the application process has started the refund rate decreases. See our Pricing Policy for details.

Your passport usually needs at least 6 months of validity at the time of application. Some countries apply different rules.

The amount depends on the country and length of stay. As a rule of thumb, consulates expect a balance of 50 to 100 euros per day. Your consultant gives you a specific figure.

Travel insurance is mandatory for the Schengen area and several other countries. It must cover at least 30,000 euros and the entire stay.

Documents that are not in the language accepted by the consulate may need a certified translation. Your consultant tells you exactly which ones.
